Ordering

How do I place an order?

Choose a ready-made, custom text or custom logo product. Select the available options on the product page, add it to your cart and check out securely — no account required.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Ready-made orders can usually be changed or canceled shortly after purchase. Custom orders can be adjusted before production begins — contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do what we can.

Custom design

How does the custom neon builder work?

Type your text, choose a font and color, then pick your size and backboard. A live preview updates as you go, so you know exactly what you're getting before it's made.

Can I use my own logo?

Yes. Choose a custom logo product, add the project details requested on the product page and place the order. We review your artwork and confirm the production design before making the sign.

Is LED neon safe indoors?

Yes. Our LED neon runs cool to the touch and uses a fraction of the power of traditional glass neon, so it's safe to leave on for hours at a time.

How long do LED neon signs last?

With normal indoor use, LED neon is built to last for years. Every sign is tested before it ships.

Installation

How do I install my sign?

Every sign ships with a mounting kit. Most signs can be wall-mounted, hung, or displayed on a stand, and installation usually takes about 15 minutes with basic tools.

What's included with installation?

A mounting kit and power adapter come with every order. A dimmer is included wherever it's noted on the product page.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Ready-made signs typically ship within a few business days. Custom signs are handmade to order, so they take a little longer — we'll keep you posted on timing after you order.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to select international destinations. If you're not sure we deliver to you, reach out before ordering and we'll confirm.

Warranty & returns

What warranty is included?

Every sign includes a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something's not right, contact us and we'll make it right.

What if my sign arrives damaged?

Contact us with photos of the damage as soon as you can, and we'll arrange a replacement or repair.
