This website is operated by JMPUS CRAFT. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other posted policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Online store terms
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes or interfere with the security or operation of the site.
Products and custom designs
We aim to display product colors, dimensions and images accurately, but screen settings and handcrafted production can result in minor variations. For custom products, you are responsible for checking spelling, dimensions, colors and other details before approving a design. Production may begin after approval, and later changes may require additional charges or a new order.
By submitting a logo, artwork, name or other material, you confirm that you have permission to use it and authorize us to reproduce it solely to provide your order. We may decline content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive or technically unsuitable.
Orders, pricing and payment
Prices and availability may change without notice. Taxes, shipping and duties are shown where applicable. We may correct obvious pricing or product errors, limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an order before fulfillment. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.
Shipping and delivery
Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customization, carrier disruption, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Risk and ownership transfer as provided by applicable law. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Returns
Returns, exchanges and remedies are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Custom and personalized products are generally not returnable for change of mind, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping and analytics services. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
Intellectual property
The site content, branding, layouts, product photographs and original designs are owned by or licensed to JMPUS CRAFT and may not be copied, distributed or commercially used without permission. Rights in customer-submitted artwork remain with their respective owners.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or materials you submit without the necessary rights.
Severability and waiver
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
